Beautiful photos and lovely memories. Now all you need is a recharge before you're off again! I too would always have time for travelling in my life

Mirka Moore

Great photos, especially the last one ;) @Kahanka

Katie @mummydaddyme

Great photos and really meaningful words- you have captured what I feel like at the moment. I am determined to succeed and find new challenges to make me happy.

Midlife Singlemum

Well you've inspired me just reading about it. It's great to have that get-up-and-go enthusiasm re-ignited. Long may it last and I'm looking forward to reading about great achievements. Rachel xx

Sarah of Catching the Magic

Such an eye-catching and gripping first photo, with such meaningful words.

Travel is so enriching. I pine to sometimes up and go, but with 3 children that's not so easy - or financially doable! However, I try to stay focused on 'seeing' the magic in where I live and exploring new places on my doorstep (though it's not the same as experiencing a completely new culture, language, food... ah... I shall have to have themed 'country' nights with my kids at home!!). x

Amanda @ Having Fun

Brilliant, my feet are itching just reading your post. Where next then? I can highly recommend Ecuador - the most beautiful country I've ever visited.

That desert shot is gorgeous! I wish I could go travelling but so many responsibilites at home! Enjoy your next adventure wherever you end up!

I've been following some of the stuff coming out of your trip to Israel and it sounds like a fantastic place to visit and definitely an eye opener. I can see why you have been left with itchy feet. Great pictures and a great post! x

Domestic goddesque

I've been fascinated reading about your Israel trip: DH and I went to Haifa a few years ago for a wedding. It's an extraordinary country. Not a little bit daunting though.

Rosie Scribble

Thanks Mari. I think it will take a couple of weeks to recharge, then I'll be ready for anything I hope!

Rosie Scribble

Thanks Mirka. The last one is my favourite too.

Rosie Scribble

It's a good feeling isn't it - feeling determined and motivated. I'm ready for a new challenge, I'm just not sure what it is yet, but we never know what is just around the corner, so we'll see.

Rosie Scribble

Thanks Rachel, we met so many inspirational women, as you know, that it would have been impossible for some of their motivation and drive not to have rubbed off. But what to do with it now, is the question! xx

Rosie Scribble

Thanks Sarah, I think there is a lot to be said in seeing the magic in where we live and exploring new places on our doorstep. We live in the middle of Sherwood Forest and it's so easy to overlook what we have here and feel there is nowhere to go when there clearly is. x

Rosie Scribble

Ecuador would be amazing. There are just so many places out there to visit, where to start and how on earth to afford it? But never say never!

Rosie Scribble

I agree. Finally I understand why people travel in the 20s before they start families and careers. So much harder to make travel plans when there are school holidays to consider along with everything else!

Rosie Scribble

Thanks Nicki. It was definitely eye-opening and so different, in a positive way, from what I had expected. x

Rosie Scribble

I certainly found it fascinating to visit. Tel Aviv differed so much from Jerusalem, and then, of course, there's the desert. It all gave me a lot to think about for a variety of different reasons. I'd definitely go back.

The Domestic Anarchist

Fantastic photo's and a very poignant post. It's great that you are doing such awesome things to make the world a better place for all. x

Brilliant pictures and inspiring post! I know what you mean, I feel ready for a new challenge and I haven't just had the amazing experience you just did. Good luck with whatever comes next! x

Great words and first photo with such impact Rosie. You have experienced so much with your travels and are such an inspiration. I hope it's not too long before you're off again.

great post, I hope you find your way to the adventures you want
