Thanks Rosie. This is so important. I worry about this too - not so much about food (although I don't have the healthiest relationship with it particularly) but about mirroring and mental health generally. And the importance of talking about things that in a way you don't want to confront, but which will affect them either way.

These precious little people - such a joy, and such an obligation too. Great reminder.

Thanks Bumbling, hard to know how to get it right isn't it and it certainly seems like a huge responsibility at times. They often take in more than we realise. We can only do our best. If we worried too much about getting it right they'd pick up on that too!
