So funny! I was recently reprimanded by my eight-year-old. She said: "Don't say 'totally' Mummy. It makes you sound like a teenager and you're NOT a teenager." Talk about being cut down to size!

Rosie Scribble

I am often told than certain words are not really used any more, like crikey. That, apparently, makes me very uncool.

Ha ha ha they do make me laught. Maxi is only asnwering to a certian derivitive of his name at the moment, making him sound italian

Pants With Names

At least you don't have your skirt tucked into your pants. Unlike some people sitting not very far away from the, er, exact chair I'm sitting on right now *embarrassed cough*

Rosie Scribble

What? Oh no. Hilarious. Keep coughing!!

Rosie Scribble

Oh that's funny. There's a strange species at times aren't they!

Sian - MummyTips

Never... ever... watch How to Look Good Naked..... I know that man....
He can do nothing for your cred.

Opps perhaps I shouldnt say cred... thats possibly totally too uncool!

I'm a cause of constant embarrassment to my girls. The Teenager forbids me to laugh in public as apparently I laugh like a witch.

Talli Roland

Is it wrong that this made me laugh?! :)

Rosie Scribble

Yes, very wrong. This is a very serious post ;)

Rosie Scribble

I have been told off for laughing in public. I haven't asked why as it is best not to know. It probably has something to do with cackling.

Foodie Mummy

Oh, Marie stood in the middle of the shopping centre and said:' Mammy, you're in Ireland here, they don't speak French'. With the attitude of an embarassed teenager and a look in her eyes who said: Are you stupid?. She was 4. So I think it's just the place, it's not cool to speak French in supermarkets or shopping centres.

How can we bottle her?I'll be your agent! She is gorgeous nes pas?!

Is it a girl thing? I get more backchat and eye-rolling from my 3 year old daughter than I ever do from my 9 year old son.
