In search of relaxation

We are packing.

After a horrendous week of stress which overtook everything and where so much changed in such a short space of time, we are off to spend a short holiday with extended family in Center Parcs in the hope it will ease the strain.

Never has there been such an overwhelming need to get away from it all.

IJ is incredibly excited.

I am simply exhausted.

The break may help.

We had a good time there last year.

I will report back, with a much clearer head, I hope.

For now, this is it.

I know the feeling, I wish you much relaxation this weekend. I think that now I am a mum of two I don't need that much to feel relaxed, just getting total silence and solitude for a couple of hours rejuvenates me! We moved house yesterday and I have escaped the unpacking for 5 mins,just me,the sofa and g reader! Right, better get back before they notice...
