That's awful. I was about to go to sleep, but now I may have to keep the lights on. (I don't "do" Halloween either.)


Don't move to America, then. It's compulsory over here. School parties and everything.


I had the same thing with Halloween when I was growing up - it was All-Souls night and the associations with the Hallows were firmly buried. Dudelet will be getting Halloween with all the trimmings, though.


We never did Halloween growing up either but it's made me want to do it all the more with my 2. We will be out on the local American estate on Saturday, they go all out and the kids have lots of fun :)
